If you would like to enter the Dittrich Furs showroom to shop or for personalized service, please check-in at the front door or call from the parking lot upon your arrival. You will either be given the OK to enter or placed in queue and we will call you back ASAP when it is your turn.

When visiting the Dittrich Furs Showroom, please limit the number of people in your party to a maximum of 2 persons.

1.) Please place your garments in the TRUNK OF YOUR VEHICLE prior to arriving.
*Make sure the pockets of your garments are empty.

2.) Arrive between 10:00am and 5:45pm Tuesday – Saturday

3.) Turn your vehicle around in our parking lot and pull up to the Front Door in the LEFT LANE under the roof over-hang (the drivers side of your vehicle should be closest to the door).

4.) When the previous customer has completed their transaction pull up adjacent to the front door.

5.) A Dittrich Furs representative will come outside to remove your garments from your trunk and take your information and service requests.
*Any garment bags or protective covers will be left in the trunk of your vehicle.

6.) At this point you may leave or the Dittrich employee will bring a claim check back to you upon request. (This may take up to 15 minutes)

7.) After you have left we will inspect your garments and call you with the results and recommendations if necessary.
[Although we will work as expeditiously as possible, please keep in mind that under current conditions and the influx of incoming storage garments, to be done thoroughly, personal inspections by one of the Dittrich’s or Management, may take up to several weeks to complete.]

8.) Dittrich Furs will send you a statement with your amount due at the end of the month. Payments are due within 30 days of the statement date. Payments can be made via phone or U.S. Postal Service.
