1.) For the fastest possible service, call 313-873-8300 to make a reservation.
When you arrive please call to let us know you are here.

2.) Arrive between the hours of 10:00am and 5:45pm. From the parking lot please call 313-873-8300. You will either be given the OK to enter or placed in queue and we will call you back ASAP when it is your turn.

Please wait until the entry vestibule is vacated prior to entering.
Please note: All persons entering the premises are required to wear a face covering. If not, service may be refused.

FIRST STEP: Call 313-873-8300 Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 6pm to reserve your drop-off time slot. Please let the operator know that you are making a reservation for curbside service and need assistance with your garments. [Curbside customers MUST arrive with their garments in the trunk of their vehicle.]
*Please make sure the pockets of your garments are empty.

1.) Please arrive on time for your reserved drop-off and park anywhere in the customer parking lot.

2.) Please call 313-873-8300 to let us know that you have arrived.
[Garments MUST be in the trunk of your vehicle.]

3.) A Dittrich employee will come to your vehicle to remove your garments from the trunk and take your information.
*Any garment bags or protective covers will be left in the trunk of your vehicle.

4.) At this point you may leave or the Dittrich employee will bring a claim check back to you upon request. (This will take approx. 15 minutes)

5.) After you have left we will inspect your garments and call you with the results and any recommendations if necessary.
[Although we will work as expeditiously as possible, please keep in mind that under current conditions and the influx of incoming storage garments, to be done thoroughly, personal inspections by one of the Dittrich’s or Management, may take up to several weeks to complete.]

6.) Dittrich Furs will send you a statement with your amount due at the end of the month. Payments are due within 30 days of the statement date. Payments can be made via phone or U.S. Postal Service.
